Watoto Mission Trip in Uganda
In March 2023, Vous Church invited me to join a missionary group filming a documentary in Uganda. Having never been to Africa, I eagerly embarked on what I didn’t realize at the time would be a life-changing journey. Our mission: capture Watoto's remarkable work with orphaned children. This brief overview will be part of a larger documentary but I’m so excited to share. If you're interested in sponsoring a child in Uganda, every bit of help is valuable to the Watoto organization. VousCon 2024 Promo Trailer
I served as Creative Director for a project for VousCon 2024, creating a promo to tease their upcoming convention. I lead the team that shot the underwater sequences which I am super proud of. We had to overcome all sorts of logistical challenges. Shooting 50 feet underwater is no walk in the park but with the help of Albert Manduca’s fantastic cinematography and underwater experience, it was a breeze. I really love all the visual interest that Neptune Reef added to provide the underwater “maze” effect we were going for. This was such a fun project to be involved in.
Palm City Americanas Kit Reveal
This video was an absolute BLAST to make. Let me paint the scene. I drove 2 hours north to Palm City at 4am to arrive at a location unironically called the Football Farm. We were greeted with an unbelievable and ethereal fog. As the sun rose, we took advantage of every single second of it and walked away with some stunning shots. I am so proud of how everything came out. The purpose of the video was to reveal the freshly designed soccer jerseys for the Palm City Americanas and to show that hard work and grit gets you everywhere in this life.
CinderFIT Sizzle Video
The opportunity to work on a video for an exciting new product is already pretty amazing, but additionally getting to work with my incredibly talented friend Andy Flores is the largest cherry on top that I believe anyone has ever witnessed. Together with him as the Director of Photography and me as the Creative Director, we put together this sizzle video for a really interesting and exciting new fitness product called the CinderFIT block. Michelle Suegart Luxury Home Tour
Miami is luckily full of some of the most beautiful homes in the world. With a bustling real estate market and COVID-19, many realtors are finding innovative ways to show off these gorgeous properties. For this project, I teamed up with realtor Michelle Suegart. Her goal was to give a video walkthrough of this amazing property for prospective buyers or anyone interested in seeing inside this $4 million dollar home. I couldn’t be happier with the end product and look forward to doing more luxury real estate videos in the future.
Destination Iceland
In July of 2019, I checked off one of my bucket list destinations. Iceland is a landscape like nothing I’ve seen before. What struck me most about Iceland was the never ending untouched nature. I have had the pleasure of seeing some amazing parts of this world but having an entire mountain range to myself was surreal. As a film maker, I couldn't ask for more cinematic landscapes. Growing up in South Florida, it’s unbelievably mind-blowing for me to see waterfalls at every turn and black sand beaches. Two weeks is not enough time to explore this beautiful country. I cannot wait to make it back.
Experience Croatia
The beautiful backdrop of “Kings Landing” from Game of Thrones should be all you need to visit this magical country but there’s just so much more. In April of 2019, I had the pleasure of visiting Croatia. We went to Dubrovnik, Split and Zadar. Each city had its own unique charm. If you’ve never visited, I’d highly recommend it. If you make it out there, try the terranino, a typical apéritif that’s a must. The cuisine is reminiscent of Italian food since they are just right across from each other. So really, what else do you need!?
Natalie & Jose’s Wedding
On February 2, 2019 Natalie and Jose tied the knot. I had the biggest honor of capturing their special day. This couple is so incredibly sweet, sincere and thoughtful. It was such a tremendous pleasure to work with them and I am so happy with how the final video came out. Hopefully this video does justice to one amazingly fun night. Congrats you two!
Experience France
In September of 2018, I went on a video production throughout France. Having been to France before, this time around, I rediscovered the romanticism of France. What I found was a European country that relished in seizing everything out of life. Appreciating the beauty that is around you. With this Experience video, I wanted to convey the slower paced, romantic atmosphere that I found myself in. I hope that you can picture yourself strolling its quaint streets and breathing in its life-giving air.
Alexxis & Mario's Wedding
On April 14th, 2018, Alexxis & Mario tied the knot at the Cooper Estate. The venue was so breathtaking but not as beautiful as the bride and groom. This stunning couple made my job so easy. I had such a great time capturing this super fun wedding. As the videographer for this wedding, I was blown away by all the beautiful elements that made up this unbelievable event. This is a video of their ceremony that I was lucky enough to have captured.
Experience Japan
In March of 2018, I visited Japan for the first time. I didn't really know what to expect. In my imagination, I expected flashing lights and over stimulation. What I got was so much more. There were moments of tranquility, balanced with beautiful scenery and night life. We visited unbelievable temples with rich history. Best of all, we were there for Sakura; which is the cherry blossom season. Visiting Japan should definitely be on your bucket list but visiting during Sakura is on a whole other level.
